75kd1 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Age and Residency Requirements

To open a 75kd1 account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 75kd1 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are opening an account and placing bets on your own behalf, for personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any jurisdiction's responsible gaming register and have not self-excluded from 75kd1.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 75kd1 or any affiliated entity.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active 75kd1 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. 75kd1 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, pending balances forfeited, and any bonuses voided. Players who discover they have accidentally created a duplicate account must notify 75kd1 support immediately.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 75kd1 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any winnings generated while false registration information is held on file may be voided at 75kd1's sole discretion.

Identity Verification (KYC)

75kd1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 75kd1 may request KYC documents at any stage of your account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 75kd1 may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. KYC verification is a one-time process — once your identity is verified, subsequent withdrawal requests will not require re-submission unless your details change or 75kd1 identifies a compliance trigger.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 75kd1 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 75kd1 support immediately. 75kd1 will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost as a result of unauthorised access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Closure by Player

You may close your 75kd1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered Bangladesh payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) after completion of any applicable KYC checks and provided no pending bonus wagering requirements remain active on the account. Accounts subject to an active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

Deposits

75kd1 accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh payment channels. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion applied:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit ৳200 for slots; ৳500 for the casino lobby.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard where supported by the cardholder's issuing bank for online transactions.
• 75kd1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the same name as the 75kd1 account holder. Any deposit originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated wagers voided.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Bangladesh payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. Subsequent withdrawals will not ordinarily require re-verification unless 75kd1 identifies a compliance trigger.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced KYC review.
• 75kd1 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers during standard operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of peak volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 75kd1 does not guarantee specific processing times but undertakes to process all legitimate withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a 75kd1 account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and wagering requirements are calculated in BDT. Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

75kd1 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, systematically exploiting bonus wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies, providing false information to qualify for a promotion, and any other conduct that 75kd1 determines is designed to exploit the promotional system rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins have a validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been used and wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. 75kd1 does not provide extensions on bonus validity periods except in cases of documented technical failure on the Platform.

Prohibited Actions

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the Platform for financial crime or to circumvent anti-money laundering controls.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker formats or coordinated in-play betting to exploit pricing discrepancies.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Opening or operating more than one 75kd1 account, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identities.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system malfunctions, or pricing errors on the Platform. Any winnings generated from a demonstrable system error are not valid and will be voided.
